How do I submit a vacation / vacation change request

New vacation or vacation change requests.

All vacation changes after calendars are set for the year are submitted using the Vacation Change Request Form.

Step 1: Go to the staff start page

Step 2: Select Forms

Step 3: Select the Vacation Request Form

Step 4: Enter your name and work email address

Step 5: Fill out the form, enter your name & Job Title

Step 6: Be sure to select ACE for the site

Step 7: Fill in the days you want to request off, and or the days you want to remove from your vacation calendar.

Step 8: Select "Click to sign here:

Step 9:  Enter your name where it says "Type your name" Select "Use Typed" and then click "Add Signature" to sign your form

Step 10:  Enter todays date

Step 11:  Click the "Submit Form" button to finish your submission
