Frequently Asked Question

We have an issue where ASAP displays the wrong login screen for our school.  As a staff member you should see a username and password entry form on the same page.  ASAP moves to a different "Enter you email address" screen.  You will not be able to login in even with your email address.  You must click the back button to get the correct login screen.  A domonstration and steps are below.

Step 1:  Enter the Organization ID (4635)

Step 2:  Click Continue

Step 3:  If you get this login screen press the back button on your browser.

Step 4:  This should bring up the correct login window.   Enter your username and password and select "Login"
