Staff members wishing to change their password need to use the FUHSD password reset tool.
Note: Instructors on laptops must do password changes on campus, with the laptop plugged into the wired ethernet network. otherwise the computers login password will not sync.
This tutorial includes how to setup you account on the password reset tool, if you have already set yourself up on the password reset utility you can skip to step 8.
Section 1: Register with the password reset utility.
Step 1: Goto the password reset tool https://password.fuhsd.org
Step 2: Select "Enroll (STAFF ONLY)
Step 3: Enter your username and current password
Step 4: Set the School to "ACE"
Step 5: Set the answer to your first question (You can choolse from a number of standard questions. Note: You will need to type in the answer exactly as you typed it in here in order to reset or recover your password.
Step 6: Set the answer to the second question and select "next".
Step 7: You have finished setting up you account click "OK"
Section 2: Reset Forgotten Password (Or just change a known password)
Step 1: Select "Reset Forgotten Password" (This step is required in order to activate your Google Account)
Step 2: Enter your username, select "ACE" for the school, and select "Next" to continue.
Step 3: Answer the first question using the exact answer you previously set for this question.
Step 4: Answer the second question using the exact answer you previously set for this question.
Step 5: Enter a your new password in the first line, and repeat the password in the second line to confirm. Select "Reset" to continue.
Step 6: Done, your new password will now be replicated to all our systems. Please allows 30 minutes to pass before attempting to log into your "Google" account.
Finished! If you are a laptop user you need to plug your laptop into the ethernet network on campus, reboot your computer and login with the new password. Otherwise you laptop login will not change.
