Frequently Asked Question

When you have your password reset the new password is a one-time use password and it will not unlock your Google account until you change the password.  Once you receive notification and your new password follow these steps.

1. Go to the web email system https://mail.fuhsd.org/owa  Enter your username with ace\ in front for example ace\digbe_hathaway

2.  The change password screen will immediately come up, enter your current password and then your desired password as noted on the screen.

3.  If you entered your new password properly it will request you press OK and log in again.

4.  Log back into the system to verify the new password, remember the ace\username. 

5.  You are now ready to go with a new password
