Frequently Asked Question

Students using the windows lab for the first time will be forced to perform a password change.

1.  Verify the computer is plugged into the physical ethernet network.

2. Verify the ethernet adapter has an active yellow flashing light (green does not count)

3. Enter your username (not your full email address, the part before the @ student.fuhsd.org so uern1234@student.fuhsd.org will only enter usern1234) and password.

4.  If the system asks you to change your password, you will need to enter a new password.

5.  Enter your desired password twice (write it down) and select OK

6. You may be asked to log in again remember to use your new password.

7.  Done!
