The room features both HDMI cable and AirTame for connecting

Airtame

**Computer with Airtame Client installed**

1. Turn the projection system on

2. Select "2"

3. Launch "Airtame"

4. Search for "172.21.30.16"

5. When ACE-Room-6-Airtame shows up, select Share window or Share Screen

6. Enter the PIN code shown on the projection screen

Computers without Airtame Client

1. Turn the projection system on

2. Select "2"

3. Launch Web Browser

4. Goto https://airtame.com/go

5. Follow the instructions in the web browser

 HDMI Cable

1. Turn the projection System On

2. Select "1"

3. Use 25' HDMI cable on the floor (or table) that is plugged into the "HDMI 1" wall port.

Computers

36 Lenovo Touch Screen laptops

2 Lenovo workstations with 25" touchscreen monitor, keyboard, and mouse (reserved for testing; do not use them for class without checking with the tech first)

Instructors that need a demonstration station, please use Station 36 (next to the two computers with monitors). Return the laptop when finished.

Student Initial Login

The first time a student logs into a machine, the computer must be connected to the physical network.

When a computer is turned on, even though the login screen may have shown up, it can take up to 2 minutes before the computer is online and can accept a student's username and password.

First Verity both power and ethernet are plugged into the computer

Verify the yellow light on the Ethernet adapter is blinking.

Students need to enter their username and password (username is the part before the @student.fuhsd.org)

Students must remember the computer # and use that same computer each class.
