How to troubleshoot an Airtame

  1. Verify laptop is on the "fuhsd" wireless network
  2. Turn on projector and select the Airtame

  3. Wait for the airtame slide to show up on the screen
    1. If nothing shows up on the screen, verify that the projector is on
    2. If nothing still shows up on the screen, unplug the airtame (hockey puck) from its power source wait 20 seconds and plug back in. It will take the airtame a few minutes to reboot.  The airtame is held to the wall with a magnet so if it comes off, just re attach.

    3. If nothing still shows up on screen, switch to HDMI cable and submit a support ticket.
  4. Airtame is now showing on the screen but does not show up on the airtame computer app.
    1. Enter the IP address or airtame code on the left hand side of the screen into the airtame app this will bring up the airtame.

  5. Airtame is now showing my computer but there is no sound
    1. Click on the white speaker button on the airtame control app on your laptop

    2. Verify that your sound out is set to airtame

  6. I can hear my video but the sound is delayed.
    1. This is an airtame / network latency issue, if you are playing a short video it's fine, if you are playing a movie switch to HDMI.
