Step 1: From any telephone dial your district issued phone number
Step 2: While you current outgoing message is playing press *
Step 3: When prompted to enter your ID enter you four digit extension followed by #
Step 4: When prompted for your pin enter your pin/voice mail password followed by #
Step 5: Press Option 4 for setup options
Step 6: Press option 1 to change your greeting
Follow the voice prompts from the phone.
