Help I cannot hear my zoom meeting, or others cannot hear me.

Zoom meeting has its own controls for sound and video. If others cannot hear you or you cannot hear others chances are you need to select the proper sound input or output device. This is how you chose.
Step 1. Launch the Zoom client
Step 2. Go to the top right hand of your screen and select the zoom.us pull down and choose Preferences...
Step 3. Select Audio
Step 4. Select the desired output speaker and or microphone
You should now be able to hear your zoom meeting. As always best practice is to use headphones.
