The chat window is used for quietly communicating during a meetings, and also as a method of taking attendance. It can be important to save the chat windows as a text file at the end of the zoom meeting. Zoom can be configured to automatically save the chat as a text file. In order to activate this feature you must log into zoom.us when you are not participating in a meeting and check the following preference.

Step 1: Log into https://fuhsd-org.zoom.us and select "My Account"

Step 2: Select "Settings"

Step 3: Select "Meeting"

Step 4: Scroll down to "Auto saving chats" and activate the slider
