How do I (Staff Member) change my password?

Password changes are performed in the webmail system.
Password change notes:

  • Once you change your password it takes up to an hour before your Gsuite account will reflect the password change.
  • Instructors with Mac OS X laptops will need to come onto the campus and physically plug the laptop into the network via ethernet login, reboot and log in again in order for the password change to take effect on the laptop login.

Change your password

Step 1:  Go to https://mail.fuhsd.org/owe

Note: This system requires a domain before the username in our case it's ace\ so ace\username

If this is your first time logging in you will be asked to immediately change your password when you log in, if this happens change your password and ignore the rest of this tutorial.

Step 2:  Click on the gear on the top right-hand side of the screen.

Step 3: On the pull-down menu select "Options"

Step 4:  Select "General" On the right-hand side of the screen.

Step 5: Select "My Account"

Step 6: Scroll down and select "Change Password"

Step 7: Enter your Current Password then your new desired password.  Passwords must be at least 8 characters, have a capital letter, a lower case letter, a number, and a symbol.

Step 8:  Select "Save"
