Standard reset procedure

Step 1: Make sure to remove all items under your desk before starting the reset process.

Step 2: From any position, PRESS and HOLD the DOWN ARROW BUTTON on your keypad until your desk reaches its lowest level.  Now RELEASE the button.

Step 3: PRESS and HOLD the DOWN ARROW BUTTON for 5 seconds or until "RST" or "ASR" is displayed.  Now RELEASE the button.

Step 4:  PRESS and HOLD the DOWN ARROW BUTTON again until the desk lowers, clicks, and then raises slightly.  A number should be displayed.
