ASAP has a built-in POS system that allows any workstation to act as a cash register and accept credit card transactions for goods.

Items sold using the POS system need to be configured ahead of time and require a quantity for each item made available for sale.  We cannot set up coffee mugs for sale, we can set up 34 coffee mugs for sale.

To switch your system over to POS mode 

Step 1: Log in to ASAP

Step 2: Select "Switch View"

Step 3: Select "POS" not Register Mode

Step 5: Select item purchased

Step 6: Select Payment Method and complete transaction
