How do I fix the formatting of a course description?

When the course description online contains multiple fonts and other formatting errors you need to delete the entire description in ASAP and paste the description back in as plain text.
Step 1: Bring up the course description
Step 2: Select the entire course description and Cut / Copy the text
Step 3: Select "Paste Plain Text"
Step 4: Paste the copied text into the dialog box and select "Paste"
Step 5: Select "Save and Close"
Done!
