In order to generate a generic invoice for a student within ASAP you need to find the student, generate the invoice, and add the items to the invoice.
Step 1: Find the student, Then click on the student to get tot he students page.
Step 2: On the student page select the ... menu
Step 3: On the ... pull down select "Enroll" This will generate an enrollment form, which is also a blank invoice.
Step 4: Search for the product or class to add to the students invoice.
Step 5: Select the product or class then select "Create Invoice" if you are generating an invoice to mail select "Accept Payment" if the student will be paying on the spot.
